The background
Now in its fourth year, our Awards scheme exists to encourage and reward outstanding achievement in both the practice and business of market and social research.
The prime aim of our awards is to celebrate innovation and best practice across the research profession – and in particular to highlight the crucial role played by research in driving brand effectiveness and bottom-line results.
The continual evolution of our industry is critical to the nature of our business – ensuring we can meet the changing needs of our clients and their customers. Coming together to celebrate what we do best, and applauding new thinking, is crucial to this.
This year we again expect to attract a substantial number of entries of the very highest standards from across the industry.
Our specific aims are to
- Encourage and recognise excellence
- Reward effectiveness
- Support innovation in research
- Generate case studies highlighting research effectiveness
- Enhance the public face of market, social and opinion research
The rewards
Innovative techniques for market, social and opinion research, research informing business-to-business campaigns and the influence of research on public policy decision-making, as well as the broader business benefits of market and social research, will all be publicly rewarded at the high-profile Awards ceremony
in London this autumn.
There may subsequently be specific opportunities for showcasing innovative projects, methodology and techniques at events or in publications and other media.
