For 2009 we will once again be returning to the prestigious Lancaster London Hotel (formerly the Royal Lancaster Hotel), where the majestic Nine Kings Suite provides a splendid and spacious setting for our Awards evening.
Deriving its name from the royal lineage of the House of Lancaster, the Nine Kings Suite has enormous ambience for an evening event, with mirrored ceilings, marbled pilasters and backlit stained glass windows - and offers ample space for circulating, networking, socialising and chatting both before and after the dinner.
Eat, drink and be merry!
 
Programme
The evening begins at 7pm with a drinks reception.
We will move to the Nine Kings Suite at 7.45pm for dinner.
The awards ceremony will be presented by broadcaster Daisy McAndrew.
The formal part of the evening is scheduled to finish by 11.15pm.
Afterwards you are free to socialise, network and drink (cash bar) until carriages are called at 1am!
Tickets
Single and multiple tickets: £137 + VAT each
Table for exclusive use: £1370 + VAT
The price includes drinks reception, 3-course dinner with wine throughout, coffee and petits fours.
Tickets can be purchased individually - or you may reserve a table (max 10 people) for your exclusive use.
Individuals and groups of 2-8 will be matched with others to form a full table.
You may purchase up to 8 single tickets – bookings for 9 people will be charged the full table price.
Medical and vegetarian diets can only be accommodated if requested in advance. Please indicate any special requirements in the further information section of the booking form.

Bookings will be confirmed initially by email (please allow at least 2 working days) and you will be invoiced shortly afterwards. Tickets will be sent out nearer the event.
Unfortunately we are not able to give a refund on cancellations received after 16 November.

Accommodation
 For ultimate convenience, stay the night - or make a long weekend of it - we have obtained an allocation of bedrooms at very good rates, including a substantial breakfast.
With, arguably, the best views in London combined with one of London’s top Thai restaurants, and Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens just across the road, the Royal Lancaster is a luxurious and supremely convenient base for a stay in London.
So why not come up on Sunday or Saturday before the event and enjoy what weekend London has to offer?
The shops of Oxford Street are only a short walk away, Harrods and Knightsbridge a mere 10 minutes by taxi, and Paddington station just around the corner.
