Standard text for Thank you leaflets used by Company Partners (PDF 34KB, PDF Help)

From January 2009, only MRS Company Partners will be permitted to provide MRS IID cards to non-MRS member interviewers.

As part of this policy, MRS Company Partners will also have to use a standard text on Thank you leaflets used in conjunction with MRS IID cards. This text relates to the description of MRS, the Freephone service and the rights of respondents. MRS Company Partners are free to supplement the proposed standard text with other information about their organisation and/or project as appropriate.

This document sets out the required elements of a thank you leaflet specified in the MRS Company partner Quality Commitment and the proposed standard text.

MRS is now seeking views on this proposed standard text, in particular on how the rights of respondents have seen set out. The current MRS thank you leaflet template is available for comparison.
