 Freephone
Respondents can check the validity of a research supplier by calling the MRS Freephone service, only research organisations with MRS members can be listed in the MRS Freephone service.
There are two MRS Freephone services:
The service helps respondents verify that the
contact they had with an interviewer was from a research supplier with MRS members.
To be listed you must have a Full or Associate Member of MRS working within
the organisation and:
- to be included in the MRS National Freephone or MRS Online Freephone
service you need to advertise in the Research Buyer's Guide or
purchase the MRS Interviewer Identity Cards or you can simply subscribe
to the service.
