Secretariat

Many activities are covered by the team at the secretariat. Whether answering Codeline queries, dealing with complaints or concerns from members of the public and researchers, lobbying government, liaising with other professional bodies, writing guidelines, and designing products to assist you in your understanding of professional standards, the team are here to help.

Debrah Harding
Director, Policy & Communication & Deputy Director General
Debrah is responsible for the professional body activities at MRS and this includes the professional standards.

Barry Ryan
Standards & Policy Manager
Barry manages the MRS Professional Standards Department including the MRS disciplinary process, the Codeline service and all the activities of the MRS Market Research Standards Board.

Julie Corney
Standards and Compliance Co-ordinator
Julie is responsible for dealing with complaints from the public or researchers. Julie facilitates the Investigations Committees, of which there are currently three. She also answers Codeline queries and is involved in all aspects of the disciplinary procedures.

John Bizzell
Networking and Field Schemes Executive
John is responsible for the products and services that support professional standards.
