Ann Wolfe

Ann started her market research career in 1984 having worked in marketing for seven years in Wiggins Teape in the UK, and five years at Gillette in the AMEE group rising to product manager for Gillette toiletries in Africa. Ann then spent four years conducting international research on all Gillette brands in Africa and the Middle East including such diverse countries as the Canary Islands and Pakistan.

In 1988 Ann joined Research International for a short time to work on large-scale quantitative studies in the UK.

Since 1989 Ann has worked for Yell (producer of Yellow Pages) and is responsible for a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects. She is responsible for projects involving both consumers and businesses, including customer satisfaction on all aspects of businesses' dealings with the company, product development and a continuous tracking study on the service offered to businesses by the Yell sales force. Ann also acts as consultant and facilitator for all internal research covering departmental internal customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and communication surveys.

Ann joined MRS in 1986, becoming a Full Member in 1995. She was invited to join the Market Research Standards Board in May 2002.
