Frances Wills

Frances Wills started as a B2B market researcher in 1992, running both qualitative and quantitative projects. Whilst with Research International, she moved to the training department, where she worked from 1999 until 2005. During this time, she was responsible for designing and delivering a variety of training programmes for researchers, both in the UK and abroad. Frances is now a freelance consultant, providing training and coaching to clients such as market research agencies, financial companies, police authorities and local councils. She is also one of the Chief Examiners for the MRS Advanced Certificate.
