Bootstrap is about combining creative approaches to marketing strategy development and hard hitting analytical/data modelling approaches. Mark has seen the world of research from many different angles – he has held a number of senior roles at Research International, over 18 years heading Client Service, Qualitative, Marketing Science and Operational teams in both London and Stockholm. Mark has spoken a number of times at the MRS Conference and over the years has led a range of training programmes on their behalf.
